We're opening GLTrax to its first members. The first 50 people to sign up on this page get premium free. Not a trial, not a discounted year, and we will not ask for a card.

GLTrax is a wellness tracker built around an AI coach — food, activity, weight and body composition in one place — with a biomarker lab service alongside it, for when you want harder numbers than a scale can give you. Two things we care about getting right: an AI that is actually useful day to day, and a price low enough that it is never the subscription you cancel first.

What premium includes

And no platform fee on labs

Lab panels stay a separate one-time purchase — they are not part of premium and never will be. Anyone with an account can order one; no plan is required. What founding membership changes is the price: the $20 GLTrax platform fee is waived on every lab order you place. The laboratory and clinician charge is unchanged — it is the same figure for every buyer, and it is not ours to discount.

Ordering labs is never required and nothing about your free premium depends on it. Panels are ordered through a clinician, with their own consent step and their own terms — see lab services.

How it works

  1. 1. Sign up here. Your email and the time you signed up are all we record.
  2. 2. We count the first 50. In the order people signed up. Signing up more than once does not move you — your place is the first time you asked.
  3. 3. We email you to confirm. A day before we open the accounts, everyone in the first 50 gets an email asking them to confirm they still want their place. Reply within a week and you're in. If you're not in the 50, we'll tell you that too rather than leave you wondering.
  4. 4. We set up your account. Premium already on it. Nothing to enter, nothing to cancel later.
  5. 5. We ask what you think. Every so often, by email. Ignore three in a row and we may pause the free premium until you start replying again — see below.

What we ask in return

Founding members are how we find out what is wrong with GLTrax while it is still early enough to fix. So every so often we'll email you and ask what is working and what is not. Reply to the email, or send it from Settings in the app — either is fine, and a couple of honest sentences is plenty.

If you ignore three feedback requests in a row, we may pause your free premium. It comes straight back as soon as you start replying again — we'd rather have your feedback than your silence, and this is the only way the offer stays what it is meant to be. We'll always tell you before pausing anything.

GLTrax is a tracking and coaching app. It is not a substitute for medical advice, and nothing in it diagnoses or treats any condition — always talk to your own clinician about your medication.
