Built for the GLP-1 journey

The GLP-1 companion that actually gets it.

A two-minute conversation tracks your nutrition, biometrics, activity, medication, and symptoms automatically, and turns it into patterns you can act on. When you want proof rather than impressions, order bloodwork right in the app and watch the numbers land next to everything you logged.

"The medication isn't the hard part. The hard part is everything around it — whether today's nausea is normal, whether a two-week stall means anything, whether you're getting enough protein now that your appetite has changed, and whether you actually took your dose on Tuesday." Why GLTrax exists. Generic fitness apps weren't built for this.
The daily check-in

A conversation,
not a form.

Most tracking apps make you tap through six screens of dropdowns and number pads. GLTrax replaces that with a two-minute conversation — you talk through your day in plain language, and the AI pulls out the structured data automatically.

  • Just talk. "Around 130g of protein, went for a 30-minute walk, no nausea today" — that's a complete check-in.
  • Logged from chat. Protein, activity, symptoms, and dose are extracted and saved as structured data as you type or dictate.
  • Encouraging, never preachy. A short, supportive observation after each check-in — never a diagnosis, never medical advice.

Good to see you. How's your nutrition been today — did you get enough protein in?
Around 130g. Eggs, chicken, and a shake after my walk.
Right in your target — nice. I logged protein 130g and a 30-min walk. Any nausea after yesterday's dose?

One check-in, five domains

Everything that matters on a GLP-1. Nothing that doesn't.

Nutrition

Protein and fiber — the two numbers that matter most on a GLP-1. Approximate grams are fine.

Biometrics

Weight, blood pressure, glucose, A1C, cholesterol, body comp — track the markers you choose, at your own cadence.

Activity

Resistance and aerobic exercise, logged in seconds. Protecting lean mass is half the battle.

Medication

Dose, timing, and adherence across every major GLP-1 brand — plus next-dose reminders.

Symptoms

Nausea, bloating, cramps, constipation, diarrhea on a simple 0–5 scale — so patterns become visible.

Your home base

A dashboard that keeps you moving.

Open the app and know where you stand in five seconds — momentum, streak, next dose, and what your AI coach noticed this week.

Momentum score

One number that rolls your consistency across all five domains into a weekly score with a sparkline — so "am I on track?" has an answer.

Streaks

Daily check-in streaks that reward showing up — because consistency, not perfection, is what makes the data useful.

Next dose card

Always know when your next injection is due, what dose you're on, and how adherent you've been — with weekly dose reminders.

AI coach

Streaming weekly reviews that spot wins, tips, goals, and things to watch — grounded in your own data, never generic advice.

Weekly summary

Every week, your check-ins roll up into a trend summary: nutrition averages, biometric trends, activity totals, adherence, and symptom frequency.

Share with your provider

Export a clean report or CSV of your full history and bring real data to your next appointment — so dose decisions aren't guesswork.

Progress & trends

Patterns you can act on, not a note app you can't read.

Eight chart types across 7-day to all-time ranges — so a stall, a side-effect pattern, or a plateau shows up early enough for your provider to act on it.

  • Weight, body composition & lean mass — watch the trend, not the daily noise.
  • Blood pressure, glucose, A1C & cholesterol — with smart reminders when a lab value is due for a retest.
  • Nutrition, activity & symptoms — see how protein, movement, and side effects move together week to week.
Optional · Lab testing

Your notes tell you how it feels.
Bloodwork tells you what changed.

Daily tracking is honest about your experience — energy, appetite, side effects, the scale. It cannot tell you what your A1C is doing, whether your cholesterol moved, or how your liver and kidneys are handling the medication. GLTrax can arrange that testing for you, and the results land in the same trends as everything you have been logging.

Objective, not self-reported

Everything else in GLTrax is what you observed. A lab panel is measured — the one part of your record that does not depend on how you felt when you logged it.

Plotted against your journey

Results are charted next to your weight, protein, activity, and symptoms — so a lipid change sits beside the month you actually earned it, not in a PDF in your inbox.

No doctor visit to order

An affiliated clinician reviews and signs the requisition. You pick a panel, go to a nearby draw site, and results come back to you — typically in a few business days.

Built for GLP-1 questions

Two curated panels rather than a menu of hundreds. Core covers A1C, fasting insulin, a full lipid panel, and a comprehensive metabolic panel. Plus adds thyroid, inflammation, Apo-B, lipase, B12, and vitamin D.

Cash pay, priced up front

No insurance, no surprise billing, no claim to chase. You see the price before you order, and pay for the panel itself only when you order one.

Something to hand your doctor

Build a report that puts your results, your trends, and a written summary on one document — the conversation starter your fifteen-minute appointment needs.

Lab panels are a one-time purchase — no subscription required, and nothing auto-renews. Laboratory and clinician fees are passed through at cost with no markup, and GLTrax charges a separate technology and service fee for processing, organizing, and handling your request. GLTrax is not a laboratory and does not perform or interpret testing. Ordering is facilitated through a third-party clinician network and independent labs, and results are for your awareness — take them to your healthcare provider. Testing availability varies by state. You must be 18 or older.

The subscription covers the tracking product only. Lab panels are a separate one-time purchase, are not included in or discounted by any subscription, and do not auto-renew — no subscription is required to order one. Laboratory and clinician fees are passed through at cost with no markup; the technology and service fee is what GLTrax charges for processing, organizing, and handling the request. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details in the Terms.

In development

The mobile app is coming.
Join the waitlist.

GLTrax runs in your browser today — everything above works right now, on any device. Native iOS and Android apps are being built, and they are not available yet. Leave your email and you will hear from us when TestFlight and early Android builds open up.

No account needed. We will only email you about the mobile app.

Here is what is being built for it:

Apple Health sync

Weight, workouts, and biometrics flow in from Apple Health automatically — less typing, more signal.

Face ID app lock

Your health data sits behind biometric lock. Nobody picks up your phone and reads your journey.

Smart reminders

A gentle daily check-in nudge and a weekly dose reminder — local notifications, tuned to your schedule.

CSV export

Your complete history, exportable in one tap via the iOS share sheet. Your data is yours — take it anywhere.

Voice-first logging

Dictate your whole check-in hands-free. Talking through your day is faster than typing it.

Two minutes, honestly

The whole check-in is designed to fit in the time it takes your coffee to brew. Skip anything, come back anytime.

Privacy & security

Built for your health data — not a general-purpose chat window.

Pasting your symptoms into a generic AI chatbot means no persistent medical record, no access controls, no health-data governance. GLTrax is purpose-built to hold this data responsibly.

Only you can read your records

Every table is protected by row-level security in a HIPAA-eligible database. Your rows are yours — enforced at the database layer, not just the app layer.

AI runs server-side, behind locked doors

The app never holds AI keys. Every AI call runs in secured server functions behind a locked-down system prompt — and your conversations are never used to train outside models.

Delete everything, in-app

Full account deletion is one tap in Settings — your data is erased, not archived. No support tickets, no dark patterns.

Never sold. Ever.

No ads, no data brokers, no "partners." GLTrax is funded by its subscription, so you're the customer — not the product.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is GLTrax a medical device or does it give medical advice?

No. GLTrax is a tracking and journaling tool. It never diagnoses conditions and never recommends medication changes. You must contact your healthcare provider for any medical management or issues.

What happens to my health data?

Your data is stored in a HIPAA-eligible database with row-level security, meaning you can only ever access your own records. It's never sold, and the AI calls that power the check-in run entirely server-side — your data never gets used to train outside models.

Which medications does GLTrax support?

All major GLP-1s: semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza), and a free-text option for anything else — including compounded formulations.

Do I have to check in every day?

No. Check-ins take about two minutes and skip gracefully — log only what you measured. Not every biometric is daily; GLTrax lets you set the cadence for each one, and the trends work with whatever you give them.

What platforms does GLTrax run on?

The web app is live today and works on any device, including your phone's browser. Native iOS and Android apps are still in development and are not yet available — join the waitlist and we'll email you when builds open up.

What does it cost?

AI Tracking is $9/month, billed monthly, and covers the tracking product only. Lab panels are a separate one-time purchase — the Core panel is $112 and the Plus panel is $199, charged once, with no subscription required and no auto-renewal. Every lab order also includes 3 months of AI Tracking free — a $27 value — and it repeats on every order, not just your first. No card is needed for those months; if you had no subscription, it simply ends after three months. Cancel a subscription any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

How does lab testing work?

You pick a panel in the app and sign three short authorizations. An affiliated clinician reviews and signs the requisition — no appointment needed — and you visit a nearby patient service centre to give a sample. Results typically come back within a few business days and appear in your trends alongside everything you've logged. It's cash-pay only: no insurance is billed, and you see the price before you order.

Does GLTrax interpret my lab results?

No. GLTrax shows your results and charts them against your tracking, but nothing in the app is a clinical reading of them. Take your results to your own healthcare provider — the care team report is built to make that conversation easier.
